About me

Do any of these statements resonate with you?

'I'm stressed, anxious, constantly overthinking'

'My self-esteem is low'

'I tend to comfort eat or turn to alcohol to help me cope'

Here's why.....

We all have a conscious mind and a sub-conscious mind. Your conscious mind is logical, rational, analytical. It's the sensible part of your mind that knows how you want to respond to life.

Your sub-conscious mind deals with your feelings and emotions. It is visual - thinks entirely in pictures and it believes whatever you tell it, whether it makes any sense or not. It's what we call your storehouse. Every moment, every experience from the second you appear on this planet until right now, is stored in your sub-conscious mind. And it's number one job is to learn everything you need to learn in order to become a fully functioning human being. A safe, surviving human being.

From all of those things that it watches and learns and picks up, it puts together for you what we call your blue print. Your blue print is basically the set of beliefs that you live your life by.

These beliefs may have been useful when they were created. But they might not be so useful now. This is why it sometimes feels like we're fighting against ourselves. Wanting one thing, but doing another.

When there's conflict in the mind, there's conflict in the body. This shows up as overthinking, poor sleep, cravings, headaches, illness, anxiety and depression. But we can target those beliefs in the subconscious mind using hypnotherapy. So the mind and body are in agreement and your beliefs align with who you are now.

Chronic Stress & Anxiety £777

The Anxiety Busting package covers a wide range of limiting beliefs. Over 7 weeks together, we tackle your anxiety symptoms and discuss tips you can use to take control.  We dive deep into the reasons behind your anxiety, giving you tools to stop it taking over your life. Hypnotherapy for anxiety helps you unwind, release negativity and boost self-love.

'I signed up for the anxiety busting package because I had anxiety over lots of things like work and my relationship, for example. I was worrying and overthinking a lot. I wanted to reduce the heat of it and understand and accept it more. I didn't expect the changes to happen so quickly - I could feel it straight away! I now feel lighter, less bogged down. I'm more equipped to set my days out and avoid that snowball of anxiety. I don't obsess about the little things any more.' -Mark

Habits & Cravings £444

Do you try really hard to be good, but cravings take over and sabotage you? I bet you've tried to stop on your own - how long did it last?

With the Habit Release package, over 4 weeks together we tackle the issues surrounding your habit cravings and adjustments you can make to overcome them on a conscious level too. Taking it at your own speed. You leave with the knowledge you can take control and feel the freedom that goes with it. You can use this as part of your weight loss journey, if you wish.

‘I decided to use Hypnosis to overcome my craving for sugar mainly in the form of chocolate and sweets!! I don't really know how but it’s worked I no longer feel the need to eat sugary things, I’ve always been all or nothing - now I can take it or leave it. I’m in control.' -Kelly

Stress Busters Online Group Programme £88

When you're stressed, it's hard to feel calm and relaxed. Often we moan to others about who and what is stressing us, and this magnifies the feeling even more!
Thoughts swirl around inside your head, making it difficult for you to focus on anything, let alone get a good night's sleep. So switching off overthinking is really important.
All those emotions get stirred up and trapped in specific parts of your body - mainly the stomach, heart area and head. This can give you migraines, heart palpitations and digestive problems. So letting out those pent up emotions is key to having a healthy body and mind.
And who doesn't need a bit more self love? Maybe you struggle with looking at yourself in the mirror, or on photos. So you avoid and try to get everyone to focus on something else instead. Let's get you loving you.
This is what the sessions on the Stress Busters programme focus on.

'I have found that I am much calmer, I don't get as affected by stress, I am sleeping better and my mind is clear of worries. I focus more on the positive things too. I am so pleased that I joined these sessions as I have gained so much benefit and I heartily recommend Sarah.' -Susanne
