Who is this for?

This programme of 4 sessions is for you if you can tick ‘yes’ to any of these. You:

  • Suffer with a low mood
  • Feel anxious
  • Are fed up with overthinking
  • Constantly worry about everything
  • Feel trapped or overwhelmed with responsibilities

This programme will help you to feel calm and relaxed, regardless of the stresses that life throws at you.

So you can feel calm, confident and in control.

This programme is for you if you want to experience live hypnotherapy sessions to harness the power of your subconscious mind AND take away tips and strategies to help you cope when stress comes your way.

What do I need to do?

Each week (Saturday 2-3pm from 6th to 27th July) you will take part in a live group hypnotherapy session and receive an audio to listen to in between sessions. So you can:

  • Feel calm and relaxed again
  • Have tools and strategies to cope with stress
  • Release pent-up emotions that are holding you back
  • Feel more compassionate towards yourself

All you need to do is turn up, take note of any strategies you may want to try, and sit back and relax! For the best outcome, listening to the audio daily between sessions is advised. But you'll de-stress anyway just by turning up!
