About me

Hypnotherapy for busy professionals - reducing overwhelm, chronic stress and anxiety.

Would you love to have a calmer and more relaxed approach to life? Where your thoughts are full of inspiration instead of being overwhelmed with worry?

I’m Sarah Fish, a trained and experienced advanced hypnotherapist and life coach. I can help you online and in Newcastle-under-Lyme to reduce your anxiety or overwhelm and develop a healthier mindset, so you can enjoy your life to the full.

After struggling myself with the same issues, I sought out a hypnotherapist who helped me change my life. Now I’ve helped many people with overwhelm, chronic stress and anxiety to take control for good.

My Services:

🌿Anxiety Busting 1-1 Package

7 sessions over 3 months - £808

Targeting overwhelm, chronic stress, any type of anxiety and depression:

  • Bespoke hypnotherapy
  • Wellbeing coaching
  • Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) if appropriate
  • Ongoing support

Testimonial: 'I didn't expect the changes to happen so quickly - I could feel it straight away! I now feel lighter, less bogged down. I don't obsess about the little things anymore.' - Mark S

🌿Bespoke 1-1 Package

4/7 sessions over 1-3 months - £484/£808

Focusing on whatever you want, from fears and phobias to self-esteem and confidence (using a combination of approaches appropriate to your needs):

  • Bespoke hypnotherapy
  • Wellbeing coaching
  • Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) if appropriate
  • Ongoing support

Testimonial:  'I thought I’d give hypnotherapy a try when my golf playing became horrendous, this was a game I’d played from a boy, I wasn’t enjoying it any more and certain aspects of the game had become a chore.
I found the sessions to be very relaxing and calming and they have definitely helped me to start enjoying the game, even playing better. I have even noticed a change in other aspects of my life. I would definitely recommend hypnotherapy to anyone who feels they need a little help whether it’s to aid in enjoying a hobby again or to overcome a phobia.' - Paul S

🌿Emotional Eating 1-1 Package

4 sessions over 4-6 weeks - £484

Ideal for anyone wanting to improve their relationship with food, overcome cravings and start to love themselves, just as they are:

  • Bespoke hypnotherapy
  • Wellbeing coaching
  • Ongoing support

Testimonial:  'Amazing! I have struggled with my weight and confidence for years. I tried weight loss medication and ended up in hospital. Sarah was recommended to me and I’m so glad she was! My relationship with food has completely changed, my cravings (especially for large amounts of cheese!) have gone. As a result my weight has gone down and my confidence has increased.' - Karen O

I've arranged my sessions into packages so you know exactly how long it will take and can budget accordingly. When you're already feeling anxious, the last thing you need is an 'idea' of how many sessions will help you. That being said, I will always be open with you if I feel your particular issue will take longer (this is very rarely the case). I also offer payment plans to help you spread the cost.
