About me

I provide hypnotherapy for busy women who are tired of feeling overwhelmed - often on the brink of burnout.

You might look like you've got everything under control.

You get through work. You look after everyone else. You keep remembering the appointments, answering the messages and dealing with whatever needs dealing with.

But inside, your brain doesn't seem to switch off.

You're overthinking. You're worrying about things that haven't happened yet. You're exhausted but struggling to relax. And even when you finally get some time to yourself, you can't seem to enjoy it properly.

This is where I can help.

I'm Sarah Fish, an advanced clinical hypnotherapist and wellbeing coach based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire. I work with busy women who are experiencing anxiety, overwhelm and chronic stress and want to feel calmer, more in control and more like themselves again.

My approach combines hypnotherapy, coaching and IEMT where appropriate. Rather than giving you another list of things you 'should' be doing to manage stress, we'll look at what's actually keeping you stuck and find an approach that works for you.

You don't have to wait until you're completely burnt out before you do something about it.

Who I help
Busy women dealing with anxiety, overwhelm and chronic stress.

What this can look like:

  • Your brain won't switch off
  • You're constantly thinking about what's next
  • You struggle to relax
  • You're exhausted but wired
  • Small things feel much bigger than they should
  • You feel like you've lost your spark
  • You keep putting yourself last
  • You know you need to slow down but don't know how

How I help
Hypnotherapy + coaching + IEMT where appropriate.

Why Choose Me?

I know what it's like to feel as though your brain won't switch off because I've been there myself. For years, anxiety and stress were things I simply learned to live with. Eventually I reached a point where I knew something had to change. Hypnotherapy was the thing that helped me see that I didn't have to keep living that way - and that's a big part of why I now do the work I do.

My Most Popular Package:

Anxiety Busting Programme

A 3-month programme for women who are tired of feeling overwhelmed, anxious and stuck in their own heads.

We'll combine hypnotherapy, wellbeing coaching and IEMT where appropriate, with ongoing support between sessions.

The aim isn't simply to help you feel better for an hour. It's to help you understand your patterns, calm your nervous system and develop a different relationship with your thoughts, emotions and everyday life.

I also offer a range of hypnotherapy packages, shorter IEMT packages, a one off introductory session and a longer combined package for burnout and depression - you can find these on my website.

I've arranged my sessions into packages so you know exactly how long it will take and can budget accordingly. When you're already feeling anxious, the last thing you need is an 'idea' of how many sessions will help you. That being said, I will always be open with you if I feel your particular issue will take longer (this is very rarely the case). I also offer payment plans to help you spread the cost.

I help busy women who are overwhelmed, anxious and stressed feel calmer, think more clearly and enjoy their lives again - take a look at my website and book a call - you don't need to have it all figured out before you get in touch. We can have a chat about what's going on and work out whether I can help.
