About me
Struggling with stress, anxiety, insomnia, or habits you can’t seem to change?
I specialise in helping people create rapid, meaningful change using evidence-based Cognitive Hypnotherapy and coaching. Many clients come to me after trying other approaches and wanting something more focused, practical, and effective.
My work focuses on reducing anxiety, improving sleep, overcoming phobias and addictive patterns, building confidence, and helping high-performing individuals manage pressure without burnout. Clients often experience noticeable shifts within a small number of sessions.
Originally from Aberdeen, Scotland, I practise in London (Harley Street, Farringdon, and Crouch End) and work online across the UK and USA.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. Rather than analysing problems endlessly, we focus on how your mind works and how to create change that lasts.
I’ve worked with business leaders, athletes, creatives, and professionals navigating stress, impostor syndrome, performance anxiety, and major life transitions. My background in psychology and organisational psychology allows me to combine scientific insight with practical strategies that fit real life.
As a Full Member (FMBPsS) of the British Psychological Society and a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, I work to clear professional and ethical standards.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. I offer an initial consultation so you can ask questions, experience the approach, and decide whether it feels like the right fit.

Training, Qualifications & Expertise
With over 15 years’ experience, I support business leaders, athletes, creatives, and high-performing professionals navigating anxiety, sleep difficulties, performance pressure, behavioural patterns, and major life transitions. My work is structured, discreet, and focused on creating meaningful, sustainable change often within a small number of sessions.
I am a member of the British Psychological Society (MBPsS) and the National Council for Hypnotherapy (MNCH), working to recognised professional and ethical standards.
My clinical training includes Advanced Cognitive Hypnotherapy (FHEQ Level 4), Compassionate Inquiry, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), NLP, and Rapid Induction approaches, allowing me to tailor interventions to each client rather than apply a single method.
Academically, I hold a an MSc in Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, a PGDip in Organisational Psychology from University of Aberdeen, and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Robert Gordon University
My MA in Filmmaking informs my understanding of identity, narrative, and behavioural change, helping clients reframe internal stories, shift perspective, and create lasting psychological flexibility.
