About me

I believe in the unique power of the individual and my passion is to understand and unlock the immense talent and capabilities within you.

My bespoke approach allows you to take back control of your life and be the best possible version of you - the you that you’d be happiest being.

I’m a multi-disciplined practitioner who can call upon the many techniques and tools of hypnosis, cognitive hypnotherapy, psychology, counselling and coaching to find the methodology and approach that works best for you.

I design a unique and dynamic therapy plan for each and every client and also give you a tool kit which allows you to accomplish your specific goals and objectives, using scientifically proven techniques, in the most efficient and effective way possible.

My promise to you:

I'm a member of both the National Council of Hypnotherapy and the British Psychological Society.  As a result, I can’t offer a guarantee, but I can say that if at the end of the first session you feel that myself or this work is not for you then there would be absolutely no charge.

I have practices in Harley Street, Farringdon & Crouch End. I also work with many clients online (UK, USA, Canada) and have done so for many years now.

A typical treatment includes:

  • An initial introductory session which lasts for 50-55 minutes including hypnotic testing.
  • A bespoke treatment plan individually tailored to achieve your specific goals and desired outcome.
  • A dynamic and efficient therapy process with an average of only 3-5 sessions required.
  • A comprehensive set of techniques, strategies and tools which can be taken away and used to successfully overcome future challenges.

I specialise and can help you in the following areas:

  • Achieving a Healthy Lifestyle
  • Anxiety & Panic Attacks
  • Dealing with Confidence Issues
  • Drug & Alcohol Addictions
  • Increasing Motivation
  • Insomnia
  • Leadership Skills
  • Performance Anxiety
