About me

I help people to overcome their fears and move on from difficult situations in their lives. I work with anxiety, stress, IBS, trauma, PTSD, OCD, panic attacks / disorder, phobias, habits / addictions, depression, bereavement, loss and a very wide range of other issues. You may feel trapped by your issues in a never-ending cycle. I am here to help you to break free and to redefine yourself. I am here to help you to regain control over your life and your future, by helping you to find effective solutions to resolve complex life issues.

I help my clients to change their lives via a combination of Clinical Hypnotherapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), NLP, Timeline Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy. I have been in helping people to move forwards with their lives for more than 20 years and am also a senior Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP and EMDR lecturer.

We all have more inner strengths and resources than we imagine and my role is to empower you to overcome obstacles in your path and to achieve your goals in life. During that journey I will be right by your side - with you every step of the way guiding you in the right direction. So please do get in touch to day to see how I help you.
