Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
I offer courses in hypnobirthing. Hypnobirthing is simple, logical, practical and profound. The sessions provide you with a complete bespoke antenatal programme. You are reminded that you are in control. It releases the fear and the negativity that you have been programmed with from an early age and replaces it with calm confidence because you are making choices based on knowledge and not assumptions and you can feel comfortable and calm throughout your pregnancy, birth and beyond.
You will learn about the physiology of your body, the mind body connection with visualisations and positive statements, breathing techniques, calming massages and much more which result in the application of learnt practise throughout pregnancy impacting the birth in a way that honours and enhances the experience for mother and baby.
Fathers also have a place making sure that mum feels calm, safe and secure, mentally, emotionally and physically.
