About me

Do you experience anxiety and stress that is affecting your ability to cope with daily life?

Do you struggle to control particular emotions, behaviours or physical symptoms that persist and are affecting the quality of your life?

Do you want to explore more about yourself?

Do you want to explore hypnotherapy to help your emotional wellbeing?

I offer hypnotherapy for a variety of aspects and self-hypnosis records.

Hypnotherapy works mainly with the subconscious mind as there is all what we have ever experienced and learned, everything we know, even if often we don’t know we know it.

In supporting people to achieve and maintain their Emotional Wellbeing is very important to tap into and work with the Subconscious mind.

My approach to therapy is integrative and tailored around each individual.

I work with Hypnotherapy, NLP as well as Counselling, EFT and Creative tools in Therapy.

All appointments are subject to an initial consultation when a treatment plan and contractual terms are being agreed with the client.

The lengths of a session is usually between 1 hour to 1.5 hours, depending on the treatment.

For specific hypnotherapy treatments I am providing you with personalised audio hypnosis recordings that you can use at home at no extra cost. (Hypogastric Band, IBS treatments, etc)
