About me

My Name is Nicola Griffiths

I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and I’m passionate about helping others move forward in life and letting go of anything that’s holding them back.

Hypnotherapy works by getting you into a relaxed state. Suggestions are made to the subconscious mind allowing it to be re-wired in a way that helps you function in day to day life.

Hypnosis has helped millions of people over the years, and now it could help you with all types of fears and phobias. I will work with you to make long term changes to your life, allowing you to feel empowered and in control.

I particularly specialize in phobias, fears and weight loss, areas which I have a real affection for.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Practitioners Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and a Diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Each year I am committed to adding to my skills.I also work within the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and abide by there strict ethical conduct.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
