About me
I have been providing health and well-being services since 2000. I have an extensive business and reputation working internationally as a hypnotherapist, life-coach, Homeopath & healer.
After being very poorly in 2002 with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and told that I would never hike again, holistic medicine changed my life and that's what motivated me to become a full-time therapist. I trained as a Reiki Healer and Master, then a Homeopath, Hypnotherapist and later a life coach too.

I’ve helped thousands over the last two decades and thoroughly love my work as a therapist. I’ve written six books and am currently editing the seventh.

Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist. Qualified in 2010 with Inner Visions School of Hypnotherapists. Twelve years of experience and almost seventeen years teaching meditation.
