Elise De Viell BSc Psychology (hons.) HPD, DHP, MNCH, AfSFH,
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy concentrates on where you want to be in life and can free you from past problems.
So many of us lead such busy lives these days, that stress, and emotional highs and lows seem all too inevitable. Sometimes these can cause issues that flow over in to our everyday living, and we need a little focus and help to get us through them. That is why you should look as hypnotherapy as a long term investment in the future. . . . . .
The person that you want to be, getting the very best out of life. Many clients comment how they wished they had contacted me sooner once they realise how good they can feel again and how simple and enjoyable the process can be.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) is much more than just hypnosis. It is a powerful combination of Solution Focused Brief Therapy (S.F.B.T) techniques, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (C.B.T), Neuro-linguistic Programming (N.L.P), P, and hypnosis along with the latest neuroscience, positive psychology and mindfulness techniques. SFBT is a modern form of psychotherapy that encourages clients to work towards their preferred future, focusing on how they want things to be. Unlike some forms of psychotherapy it does not involve analysing the past or examining problems; instead it helps clients visualise and achieve a more enjoyable and fulfilled future.
I love seeing the effects of these techniques bringing about positive change in my clients in a relatively short space of time. Its is great to see differences week by week, and the empowerment that this brings as we work together to refocus our minds and regain control of areas in our lives that we may be struggling with. It is definitely a team effort and we work together to find your own solutions.
