We've all said it, but or most of us that's just impossible.  But in the state of hypnosis, we really can know then what we know now.

My name is Niki Cassar and  I'm known as The Regression Specialist, because I can help you to resolve your issue by using safe and powerful hypnosis techniques to 'regress' you back to find out when it all kicked off, and then to identify and replace the faulty information that got stuck like glue in your subconscious mind and has been playing out continuously like an automatic programme that's been driving you nuts because you can't switch it off!

I'm often asked if I have a speciality, and my best answer is that I specialise in removing anxiety and fear.  But don't let that give you the idea that's all I work with!  The reason for my saying this is that whatever issues my clients present with, I know that we will find anxiety and fear very early on in their life. Once that is removed, then we can much more effectively address and resolve the client's presenting issue, whatever that may be. 

The two modalities I specialise in are 5-PATH® Hypnotherapy and QHHT (Past Life Regression) and I've been in full-time practice for the past 25 years. I started offering remote sessions in 2019 and regularly work with clients from many parts of the world, whilst continuing to welcome clients to my comfortable therapy room in South Somerset for in-person sessions.

Following completion of my hypnotherapy training in the UK in 2000, I became one of the first therapists in the UK to travel to the USA to do intensive training with Cal Banyan, recognised as being one of the world's most inspired and dedicated master hypnotists and teachers, resulting in a Diploma in Advanced Hypnotherapy and 5-PATH® (Five Phase Advanced Therapeutic Hypnosis).

What is 5-PATH® Hypnotherapy?

5-PATH®  is a highly advanced and form of hypnotherapy created by one of the USA's leading Master Hypnotists, Cal Banyan. 

It's a systematic, client-centred approach, designed to remove all the barriers caused by the conditioning and negative programming from our earliest years, that stop us from moving forward and being successful in doing everything we came into this world to do.  Because this out-of-date information is stored within our subconscious, these negative programmes can only be removed when working with an experienced practitioner, through the use of advanced hypnosis.

How many hypnotherapy sessions will I need?

This is a question that everyone asks, and there is no guaranteed answer!  Many people are able to resolve their issue within approximately 6 sessions of 1.5 hours each, ideally weekly.  As every person is different, I can't give any guarantees that further sessions may not be required, as I don't have a magic wand she can wave!  However, given 100% commitment on both sides, my clients' success in achieving their goal can be measured in a matter of weeks, so the benefits are experienced very quickly and cumulatively during the course of therapy, as every session builds on the previous one.

Past Life Regression and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique

I am also certified in Past Life Regression Therapy and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), having done in-person training in the USA with two of the world's leading Past Life Regressionists, and famous authors, Dr. Brian Weiss and Dolores Cannon (creator of QHHT). 

After many years of one-to-one sessions, I have successfully conducted hundreds of online sessions from the beginning of 2019, and I regularly work with clients from all over the UK and many parts of the world, doing online sessions of 5-PATH Hypnotherapy and PLR/QHHT, in addition to seeing clients face-to-face in my peaceful Somerset home.

How many sessions of PLR or QHHT will I need?

Past Life and QHHT sessions of between 2 and 4 hours may be booked on an individual basis, and there is no requirement to book a course, but most people find there is a huge benefit of returning for further sessions within their own personal time-frame, as they become more confident and adept with every session, and thus more information is revealed to them - which in turn leads to further healing.

I am currently available to do online sessions for both QHHT/PLR and 5-PATH Hypnotherapy with clients around the UK and from many different parts of the world.  Using a hypnotic induction specifically created for this type of session, I am regularly given excellent feedback from my clients about their level of confidence and comfort, plus - of course - their delight when they achieve their goals!
