About me
Hello and thank you for taking the time to look at my profile and to learn more about hypnotherapy. I specialise in providing therapy for adults/children that require extra support to fully achieve their true potential and find their inner peace. I support people with anxiety, weight loss, stopping smoking/ vaping, fears and phobias and many other issues that people face daily. I have worked with children for over 14 years. I offer face to face or online sessions.
My therapeutic approaches are effective in addressing a range of issues such as :- children's anxiety, bed wetting, struggles with sleep, supporting you in managing your own emotions and anxiety, helping you to lose weight, helping you to quit smoking, helping you to build up your confidence or to help you to get rid of any fears/phobias that you may have. I have recently helped someone with misophonia, who was unable to eat meals around others and this Christmas they enjoyed a peaceful and happy Christmas Dinner with friends and family. I have supported a young girl to feel more confident in attending education and being around different people. I have helped many people lose weight and become their desired shape and size. I have helped many people stop smoking and become a healthier version of themselves.
Client's that have worked with myself have stated that their anxiety has decreased and they feel positive for the future. Children feel more confident, happy and excited to attend the different sessions that meet individual needs.

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
