About us
I am trained in Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), CBT, Mindfulness and Coaching.
This solution focused technique works with the subconscious mind to reset and reprogram negative thinking and feeling patterns. The rapid transformational approach connects the client with their true self. The result is the ability for the client to achieve their full potential.

I have worked in private practice for 7 years. I currently work online via zoom, or face to face at my practice in Hove.
I am a motivational speaker on addiction recovery, have had many articles published on welbeing, and run Self Esteem Workshops throughout Sussex. I also specialise in anxiety related disorders. Prior to training as a therapist I worked in Mental Health and substance misuse for several years.
I have lived experience in self esteem issues, addiction, and childhood trauma. I now use this transformational approach to support others become who they are truly meant to be.
