About me

I offer psychotherapeutic support to individuals, with significant experience in anxiety, trauma, phobias, alcohol and smoking dependency, gambling addiction, psychosexual issues, pain management and I can support you for almost any psychological difficulty. I also specialise in mindful eating and hypnosis for weight management and eating disorders.

An initial online consultation of up to 30 minutes is free.

I am trained to use a wide range of psychotherapeutic techniques including, but not limited to, hypnotherapy, regression therapy, eye movement desensitisation (for trauma), emotional freedom technique (for addiction and other emotional difficulties), Neuro-Linguistic Programming, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, compassion-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy.

During the initial consultation, I will listen, ask helpful questions and suggest appropriate therapies to meet your needs. If you decide to proceed, we will agree a plan and the number of sessions.

Individual support is provided at my private therapy room in Broughton, Milton Keynes (MK10) or online.

I also offer mindfulness teacher training, supervision and professional development opportunities for teachers and therapists. I am a tutor at the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation and a tutor at the UK College of Clinical Hypnosis. Mindfulness teacher training and hypnotherapy training is provided in person in London.

Testimonials

"I came to see Tony after a friend recommending him and, Wow, I am so pleased that I did. I had developed a drinking problem that had clearly got out of hand and I was hiding away from this. It was great to work with you Tony. I had no idea what to expect but the results speak for themselves. I am a different person to when I met you. I am more focused, I have more energy and am enjoying life without alcohol. Thank you so much for all your help."    Henry

"I came to Tony feeling a little apprehensive,  I didn't know what to expect or how his different techniques would make me feel or even impact my life. I came to see Tony for my gambling addiction and even from our initial consultation ( over video call ) I could just tell that he knew what he was talking about and had lots of ideas on how to help me.  During the actual hypnosis I found Tony to be very understanding of my feelings and personal situation,  everything was tailored to me. Our sessions were planned out well and often ran over ( which there was no charge for ). I admit, at first, I was dubious of hypnosis but I am happy to admit I was wrong! Completely gamble free, despite a big test recently.  Thank you Tony!"    Mike

"I had a number of sessions of hypnotherapy with Tony. There were a lot of issues I needed help with, the biggest problem being terrible sleep for 12 years, waking up many times in the night. Tony was exceptional. He managed to help me process past worries and to see that I could take control to change my current patterns of thinking and action. I can't believe how much hypnotherapy has transformed my life. Thank you so much, Tony, for all your support and attention."
Bal

"I had the chance to have been treated by Tony for my spiders phobia. I have had this phobia since my childhood and it was very annoying in my everyday life. Everything I was doing, I was thinking first "will there be a spider?"... (Gardening, cleaning the house, going in the garage or in the loft)... After the first session with Tony everything changed instantly, the fear was gone! A couple more sessions helped me to be able to keep them alive and release them outdoor... I can't thank Tony enough for having changed my everyday life!!! Thank you for your amazing work and your kindness."
Gerard

"I definitely noticed that I lost weight through the programme. But more than that, I have a lot more mental resilience, I'm able to move my body and go outside without getting wrapped up in my own self-loathing. My mind feels less heavy and I'm able to focus easier on creative projects. I still want to continue losing weight, but I feel now that I have the tools to a better and healthier life."
Kris

"I treated myself to five one-to-one monthly coaching/teaching sessions with Tony. I was experiencing one of the most challenging times of my life and wanted to develop my mindfulness practice, especially in regard to living with physical pain. Working with Tony has helped me to feel more grounded and given me more resources to hold onto my joy each day. I also feel far better equipped to use mindful practice in relation to pain. I feel very grateful."
