Supervision details

As a qualified tutor with the UK College of Clinical Hypnosis, I am pleased to offer supervision to all hypno-psychotherapists. I am qualified and experienced in the use of solution focused, Ericksonian, cognitive behavioral and regression hypnotherapy. I specialise in anxiety, trauma, addictions, phobias, pain and weight management, but I can support you in relation to any professional psychotherapeutic work you do. I am skilled in a wide variety of psychotherapeutic techniques, including but not limited to: hypnosis, regression, time line, mindfulness based stress reduction, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, eye movement desensitisation, emotional freedom technique, havening, acceptance and commitment therapy, and compassion focused therapy. In person supervision is offered from my therapy room in Milton Keynes. I also offer online and telephone supervision so can support you wherever you are. My rate is very reasonably priced at £40 for a session of up to 45 minutes.
