About me
I am Roberta, an entrepreneur and hypnotherapist. My passion is helping small business owners and corporate teams tap into their hidden strengths, overcome obstacles, and achieve their loftiest goals. My bespoke Hypnotherapy and lifestyle coaching programs are designed to help entrepreneurs, small business owners, and employees set and achieve goals encompassing every aspect of your life.
My tailored programs are designed to enhance productivity, foster team cohesion, and reduce stress through a blend of Hypnotherapy, NLP and 26 other elements focused on breaking mental barriers, self-limiting beliefs and low confidence.
Building on almost twenty years of teaching yoga, starting from Iyengar, Hot Yoga, and flow to Yin, I also learned to practice Reiki, Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT), and now I also incorporate Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Guided Imaginary, Counselling and Hypnosis in my Coaching freeing ambitious people from the constraints of their minds.

Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
