About us
Hi, my name is Em and I just love my job as a hypnotherapist. I get to meet so many people and show them they have the power and inner strength to make lasting changes for themselves. Limiting beliefs, behaviours and thoughts can keep us stuck but it doesn't have to be...
As a certified clinical hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner, I use the wonderful tool of hypnotherapy and other psychotherapeutic techniques to help people get unstuck and moving to where they want to be, in the quickest way possible. Everyone is so unique and so are their issues.
Hypnotherapy has been part of my own healing from childhood trauma and self doubt and I know from experience that hypnotherapy is so much quicker than talking therapy, as we are working with subconscious (emotions) rather than our conscious (rational).
I work in my conservatory which many clients have commented on as being cosy, welcoming and as well as calming. I work with children, teens and adults and hold a safe and supportive space where I help resolve the root-cause trauma, anxiety related issues and breaking down limiting beliefs. I also help people stop smoking and vaping.

Training, qualifications & experience
- Dipolma in Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling at Essex Institute. (2015)
- Advanced International Diploma in Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling (2016)
- NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) Practitioner (2015)
- I am fully insured and a registered member of the GHR.
I regularly have DBS checks due to working with children at schools and volunteering work.
Member organisations *
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
