About me
My name is Dawn O'Donoghue and I run practices in both Beverley (within Salt Revive) and Hull. Both locations are easy to find and my consultation rooms are both calm and welcoming.
I am a fully qualified Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and I have qualifications in Art therapy which I use both indiviudually and on a group basis. I am also a Life Coach. I'm currently working with a local organisation to offer Mandala and meditation training. I am offering Hypnoslimming, Pain Management, Stress and Anxiety relief. My specialty is visualisation which is especially useful for those about to take exams. I am currently presenting this on a radio show.
I also offer sessions in Smoking Cessation, Weight control, Inner Child, Meditation, Depression and Anxiety.
I have used Time Line Therapy, Past Life Regression and Control Room techniques to help people deal with issues arising from the past.
Having been a teacher specialising in working with behaviourally challenged children, I also offer sessions for parents struggling with their child's behaviour (including the use of techniques for both parent and child) but also for children who are suffering anxieties etc.
I am currently training in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Feel the Fear programmes which I will hopefully be offering soon. .
