About me

My name is Dawn O'Donoghue and I run practices in Driffield and Hull. All the locations are easy to find and my consultation rooms are both calm and welcoming.

I am a fully qualified Hypnotherapist/Psychotherapist and I have qualifications in Art therapy which I use both indiviudually and on a group basis. I am also a Life Coach, Professional Relaxation Therapist and Advanced Stress Consultant. I have used Time Line Therapy, Past Life Regression and Control Room techniques to help people deal with issues arising from the past. I currently run a Sleep Clinic for those people suffering from sleep Apnea, sleep walking, restlessness and night terrors.
