My name is Annette Brown and I've been supporting clients in improving their lives since 2002 years. My main aim is to bring positive change to people’s lives. I opened my practice in 2002 and I offer a blanket acceptance approach to all clients.
I pride myself in providing tailored bespoke personalised Hypnotherapy treatments for each individual client, as well as various powerful techniques and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Personal Coaching. Each client is unique and I tailor each treatment to meet the client’s specific requirements that I know will bring about positive change for them, and their life.
I personally feel that when people are open to change, they’re well on their way to changing their life. Throughout my years in practice I've found that once a person is committed to change, it can happen really quickly, and with lasting results. I truly love my job or should I say my gift, it’s great to be able to help people.
I really don't believe that we can get the the root of a clients issues in a short period of time, and for that reason my hypnotherapy sessions can last around 90 minutes. During that 90 minutes we'll work together through coaching, hypnotherapy, and powerful life changing techniques, and I'll maybe add some EFT or NLP into the treatment. I also record an MP3 for you to use after your session, along with daily tasking designed specifically for you, and back up email support. My treatments are more expensive than some hypnotherapists, however my service really is second to none.
If you’d like a free 30 minute consultation on please call me 01253 969695 or 07730 333833 and I’ll be there to help and guide you to being who you want to be.

In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members.
There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

Hypnotherapy and NLP Coaching A New Career
There comes a time in life when we have had enough of working for other people and decide to look for a more satisfying and fulfilling career. A career where we can control how many days and hours we work and be in control of our lives. To me, being a hypnotherapist and an NLP Coach is the best job in the world, I love it!
I think that hypnotherapy is one of the most rewarding vocations, as it offers you an outstanding career path, a career path that you can love and enjoy. You can make as much or as little money as you want. However, it’s not just about the financial rewards, it’s about the rewards of helping so many people to overcome the obstacles which disturb their lives.
It is so wonderful seeing your clients positively change in varying periods of time, it really does make you feel amazing to be able to help clients move forward in life. The great thing is that the clients tell friends how great they feel after therapy and this will help in building up your business, as there is nothing quite like the word of mouth for advertising your business.
Science Based Stop Smoking
Lytham Hypnotherapy can help you to Stop Smoking. Lytham Hypnotherapy offers science based Stop Smoking hypnotherapy packages, tailored to each individual client to help them to Stop Smoking. Basically altered brain chemistry is the problem you're unable to Stop Smoking. One of the main reasons you’ve become so addicted to smoking and find it difficult to Stop Smoking is because nicotine encourages artificially high production of serotonin, dopamine, other neurotransmitters and hormones, creating an imbalance in the “reward system” of your brain. Nicotine addiction changes the brain circuitry, making it hard to “STOP SMOKING” (basically making it hard to apply the brakes to Stop Smoking).
In a brain that is not addicted to smoking, control mechanisms constantly assess the value of stimuli and the relevance of the planned response. Inhibitory control is then applied as needed. In a brain that is addicted to smoking, this control circuit becomes impaired because of nicotine and loses much of its inhibitory power over the circuits that drive responses to stimuli deemed salient.
So it’s basically altered brain chemistry that is the root of the problem. Any stop smoking treatment that fails to normalise brain chemistry has little chance of success. So, the best way to stop smoking is to correct brain chemistry. Please call Annette Brown at Lytham Hypnotherapy on 01253 969695 to book your free 30 Stop Smoking minute consultation.
