About me
It’s not always easy to admit when things aren’t okay and you need a little help. I believe change is possible for everyone, and the therapies I offer can help you achieve it.
With 16 years’ experience as a professional hypnotherapist, I provide a safe and supportive space to help you work through all kinds of challenges, such as anxiety, stress, trauma, low confidence, self-esteem, addictions, phobias, relationship difficulties, even mental blocks within sport.
By combining hypnotherapy with psychotherapy and EMDR, this approach can help you overcome numerous issues at the unconscious level, frequently working to uncover the root of the issue, in order to create lasting and meaningful change.
Clients describe my sessions as friendly, relaxed, and non-judgmental, yet focused and results-driven. Many come to me through personal recommendations.
I work with adults, children (approximate age from 10 upwards) and teens on all kinds of challenges, each session tailored to you.
Sessions are available online or in-person near Salisbury (EMDR only available face-to-face).
If any of this resonates, I offer a free, no-obligation 15-minute phone call so you can see if I’m the right fit for you. Reaching out can feel like the hardest step, but it’s also the one that starts real change.
Working with PSI Training, I offer training for anyone wishing to become a hypnotherapist, as well as offering existing hypnotherapists /psychotherapists training in specialised areas as part of their Continuing Professional Development. For more information, please visit www.psi-training.co.uk

Member organisations
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC). Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level. All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
