About me

Hello, I’m Sarah.

I’m a London hypnotherapist working with people whose nervous systems fire fast and hard — often before the mind has caught up.

People usually come to me when talking alone hasn’t shifted things, when anxiety or panic keeps returning, or when they’re stuck in repeating patterns around habits, fear, or avoidance. That might show up as panic attacks, phobias, public speaking anxiety, smoking or alcohol habits, or a sense that something keeps taking over despite good intentions.

My work is body-based and pattern-led. I use cognitive hypnotherapy to work with subconscious responses — the automatic reactions, predictions, and threat patterns that drive behaviour underneath awareness. We slow things down, build regulation first, and then update what the system has learned to expect.

I don’t work by forcing insight or pushing for emotional release. The focus is safety, timing, and helping the body complete responses that never quite finished.

Alongside hypnotherapy, I sometimes use breathwork where it supports regulation and awareness. This is slow, non-forceful breathwork — not cathartic or high-intensity — and it’s always used in service of the therapeutic work rather than as a standalone experience.

I also have a long-standing focus on fertility and reproductive transitions, supporting people through fertility treatment, loss, hormonal change, and the identity shifts that come with it. This work sits alongside medical care and focuses on stress, grief, and nervous system load.

Sessions are available online worldwide and in person in London (Barbican and Bounds Green). I also work with young adults.
