Qualified, experienced, non-judgemental and fully insured hypnotherapist and integrative psychotherapist, I'm registered with CNHC and here to help you. Qualified and experienced as a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist and Integrative Psychotherapist, I specialise in helping people just like you and have proven success in helping people overcome fears and phobias, depression, anxiety and more. I'm registered with regulatory bodies CNHC and UKCP to give you peace of mind that I abide by a professional code of ethical conduct and have received high-quality training.

Information about my training

In addition to my BSc (HONS) from the University of Portsmouth, I gained my post graduate qualification in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy with the National College for Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy in London, a UKCP accredited training provider.  Further still, I am committed to continuous professional development so that my knowledge and training are kept fresh and up-to-date with current research and best practice.

The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.

In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.

A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

National Hypnotherapy Society (Hypnotherapy Society)

The National Hypnotherapy Society is a Learned Society whose primary purpose is the advancement of the knowledge of hypnotherapy and the fostering of professional hypnotherapy expertise through training, accreditation and continued professional development of their members. The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice.

There is no obligation or pressure to make any further appointments, and is a good opportunity for us both to get a know a little more about one another and see how we could work together. Following our conversation, if you would like to go ahead we'll arrange your full consultation meeting to discuss your situation and therapeutic goals in more detail. This meeting forms the basis of your treatment plan.


Chichester Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy & Counselling Clinic 
In-person Therapy: £55.00 per session (1 hour) when paid in advance (£60.00 for Pay-On-The-Day). 

Portsmouth Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy & Counselling Clinic 
In-person Therapy: £70.00 per session (50 minutes).

Online Therapy: £60.00 per session (1 hour). 

All support materials and personalised audio resources are included, so you can relax knowing you are supported even between sessions.

Flexible bookings are available for carers and students to help manage changes to work rotas.
