About me
Hello and welcome to dedicated, effective help for anxiety, phobias and depression. Qualified and experienced Hypnotherapist and Integrative Hypno-Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, I understand and specialise in helping people with anxiety, phobias and depression.
Clients who come to me range from people who know what they wish to focus on and have specific goals in mind to others who aren't so certain; they come with a feeling that they aren't living to their full potential and seeking help to get back on track. Rest assured that what ever brings you to my door, whether it's my Chichester or Portsmouth clinic, or online, you will always be treated with kindness, dignity and respect.
As an Integrative therapist with a person-centred approach, I adapt to your unique needs and situation as far as I can. Through compassion and clinically proven techniques, I empower and resource clients to make the changes they seek, thereby enabling them to develop healthier life strategies such as better communication skills, feeling better control, better self-esteem, greater confidence and stronger resilience, helping them move towards greater happiness and deeper fulfilment.
From my years of working with anxiety and depression clients I understand that, for many people, the idea of one day waking up free from fear can seem too distant or too frightening to imagine. That's why I work with you to give you a personal step-by-step treatment plan tailored to help you get to where you want to be at a pace that works for you. Being qualified to delivery short-, medium- and longer-term therapy means I can work with you for as long or as short a duration as feels right to you, bespoke exercises and personal audio recordings are designed to help you progress your therapy at your pace.
Being an Integrative therapist, I understand that the therapeutic relationship we form is key to the success of our work, so I am pleased to offer a 20 minute free call to discuss your situation in more detail. This also gives you a good opportunity to get a feel for whether I am someone you feel comfortable to work with and if I am a good fit for you. If you would like to arrange a call, please text, call or email me so we can a arrange a good time to talk.
Registered with CNHC, NSTT and National Hypnotherapy Association and member of UKCP, gives you peace of mind that I practice according to high levels of training, professional conduct and ethics.
