About me

Hello and welcome to compassionate and effective help for anxiety, phobias and depression. Qualified and experienced Integrative Hypno-Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Hypnotherapist, I understand and specialise in helping people with anxiety, phobias and depression.

Trauma informed and client-centred, clinically proven support is tailored to your unique desires and requirements, helping to empower and resource you to make the changes you seek. This helps you begin developing deeper trust in healthier coping mechanisms and life strategies, and enable you to experience feeling better control, improved self-esteem, greater confidence, stronger resilience and deeper fulfilment. My clients report finding my attitude and methods for working with past traumatic experiences reassuringly gentle yet highly effective.

Registered with CNHC, NSTT, National Hypnotherapy Association and a member of UKCP, you can trust that I practice according to high levels of training, professional conduct and ethics.

Clients who choose to work with me come from all walks of life, and range from people who know exactly what they wish to focus on to those who aren't so certain. Rest assured that what ever brings you to my door, whether it's my Chichester clinic, Portsmouth clinic, over the phone or online, you will always be given kindness, dignity and respect.

Qualified to provide short-, medium- and longer-term therapy, I can work with you for as long or as short a duration as feels right to you, supporting our work in session with bespoke exercises and personal audio recordings at no additional expense so you can progress your therapy at a pace that suits you.

Being trained as an Integrative Hypno-Psychotherapist means I understand the therapeutic relationship we form is key to the success of our work, so I am pleased to offer a 30 minute free call to discuss your situation in more detail. This also gives you a good opportunity to get a feel for whether I am someone you feel comfortable to work with and if I am a good fit for you. If you would like to arrange a call, please text, call or email me so we can a arrange a good time to talk.
