About me
A registered solution focused brief therapist.
I work specifically with individuals ready for change. My business was created through experience and life situations, with an extensive understanding and knowledge of how to overcome the profound issues life throws at us. Using discussion, agreed methods and strategies to create a detailed treatment plan to suit each individual.
I offer support, empathy, and guided goals and targets setting with complete discretion. I work with several charity groups and offer free group activity and lectures for organisations that would benefit from learning how the brain creates chaos, if we do not have the fundamental knowledge of how to better understand the workings of the brain.
A proven science with excellent outcomes, solution focused has given me the tools to live a happy content life, without fear, anxiety and depression. Try it, you will be amazed.

Member organisations
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) was set up to provide information about a modern form of Hypnotherapy and its associated benefits to members of the public. The main aim of the AfSFH is to spread awareness of the benefits of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Its secondary aim is to support Hypnotherapists in their businesses by encouraging good practice and self-care.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Single sessions are £60 the amount of sessions will depend on the client and their needs.
Smoking cessation are one off session of 2 hours and costs £150
Concessions are available for individuals attending Menshare charity & Sistershare. Can be discussed.

With a great understanding of how trauma in childhood can alter our perception and state of mind.

Holistic approach to our internal energy, using functional medicine and the will we can all find, I have become and overcome tradegy and grief, I now see the world with opportunity, courage and great determination.
