About me

Whether you are looking to combat stress or anxiety, beat phobia's, manage chronic pain or give up smoking, I work with clients who want to make the necessary positive behaviour changes in order for them to gain control of their life. I help clients to deal with anxiety, panic attacks, stress related issues, low mood, insomnia, addictions (including smoking, alcoholism and food addiction for weight loss) as well as confidence issues for sport performance, public speaking and social phobias to name but a few.

Hypnotherapy For Anxiety and Stress Related Conditions:
I specialise in anxiety and stress related conditions. Anxiety can manifest itself in many ways and bring on a range of symptoms and can also lead to panic attacks, phobia's, post traumatic stress disorder, OCD as well as unwanted behaviour patterns and addictions. I also work part-time in a school working with children from 12-18, with anxiety related issues including exam stress and low self esteem and confidence issues. I enjoy seeing the positive change in my clients, making incremental changes towards their goals. I also deliver workshops in solution focused brief therapy.

Hypnotherapy is a naturally occurring 'trance' that you already enter many times a day! You remain awake and in control. It's a very relaxing and enjoyable experience that engages the subconscious mind, enabling you to make changes that you have been unable to do with your conscious mind.

For more information on this please email me or call me.
