Hypnotherapy is a well established medical treatment, having been used more than 200 years ago to remove pain during surgery, and also used as a treatment for shell shock (now called PTSD) in the first world war.

For example, Hypnotherapy for Functional Neurological Disorder (Hypnosis for FND) is well researched, with medical reports from 2024 showing that it helped 87% of FND patients, based on more than 1,500 people. Functional Neurological Disorder often confuses medical teams, because it is a "software issue rather than a hardware issue". Brain scans (fMRI, EEG, etc) often appear normal, however FND causes messages to be sent to the body that can result in involuntary movements (Functional Movement Disorder), tics, seizures, speak issues, vision issues, and more. Hypnotherapy for FND can often provide rapid changes, within just a few sessions, and really ease symptoms. Visit www.EasingFND.com for more details about hypnotherapy for FND.

Medical research has also shown that hypnotherapy can help Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), with various published clinical research papers showing that hypnotherapy for IBS can often help 80% of IBS patients and perhaps even more. Visit EasingIBS.com for more details about hypnotherapy for IBS.

Keith also uses hypnotherapy to help clients with many other conditions, including anxiety, trauma (traumatic emotional memories, PTSD), fears and phobias (exam stress, fear of driving, fear of flying, fear of leaving the house, etc) and unwanted habits.

Keith is looking forward to helping you.
