About me
I'm Keith Dewey at FreeYourMind.UK, a qualified and experienced in hypnotherapy, Havening, BWRT and NLP therapy techniques, to help clients rapidly improve their mental wellbeing.
I specialise in helping clients to release unwanted "flight-fight-freeze" issues, which can include anxiety, worry, fear, phobias, anger, and unwanted habits such as over-eating and stopping smoking.
These issues are often difficult to consciously control, which is why my techniques focus on helping make changes in the deeper subconscious mind.
Hypnotherapy, which covers a very wide range of approaches, is actually very similar to day-dreaming, where you are in control at all times, but I will be giving your sub-conscious mind thoughts to think about, to help it change.
Havening was developed in 2013, which uses physical techniques to create very calming delta waves in the brain, which can help neurons in the amygdala to simply release traumatic memories.
NLP is a collection of language techniques that I use to help communicate directly with the subconscious mind.
BWRT was developed in 2014, which uses rapid thought processes to replace that old way of thinking with your new preferred way of being.
All my techniques are designed to work quickly and easily. We won't even spend much time delving into your history.
