I'm here to help you feel better and to make your change easier.

I specialist in traumatic memories, IBS, chronic physical pain and anxiety.

I also offer a wide range of hypnotherapy services, from clinical hypnotherapy and analytical hypnotherapy, to solution-focused, gut-focused hypnotherapy, NLP, Havening, BWRT and health psychology.

I help my clients to release traumatic memories. That feeling can be gone.

I help my clients with anxiety, whether general anxiety, triggered (social anxiety, phobias, health anxiety) or physiological (IBS, sweating, shakes, etc). That feeling can be gone.

I help my clients with physical pain, changing the physiology or the perception of pain. That feeling can be gone.

The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.

In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.

A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

My focus is techniques to help you quickly change, get you feeling good again and reduce the total cost for you. Many clients only need a few sessions, making this much cheaper than techniques that don't work as fast.

When I work

I typically work from Reigate on Wednesdays and Sundays.

I also work from clinics in London, Horsham and Guildford during each month.

I'm often available online (Zoom) any day of the week.
