About me
Hi, I am Jo from Joanne Medler Hypnotherapy. I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner and EFT practitioner, based in North Elmham, Norfolk.
Having experienced some issues in my own life, including anxiety, depression and weight-related problems, I welcomed Hypnotherapy, NLP & EFT into my life with open arms and was able to see the huge benefits that it offers. I am now able to help others to overcome their problems or issues.
Hypnotherapy and NLP work by allowing us to retrain the subconscious mind to help us to overcome any of our problems or issues and enable us to achieve our goals and live the life that we desire.
Hypnotherapy can help with so many of life's issues, including; Fears and phobias, compulsions and addictions, anxiety and stress, depression, self-confidence and self-esteem, weight management, relationship issues and much more.

I have a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and NLP.

I offer a free, no obligation telephone consultation.
My session fee is £65 which usually last approximately one hour.
I offer a smoking cessation programme and complimentary recording for £200. This usually involves two sessions, approximately a week apart.
I accept payment by cash, cheque or card.
For that special gift for a loved one, I also offer gift vouchers, with a 1 year validity.
