About me

I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapy and NLP Practitioner, practicing for 5 years. Included in my hypnotherapy qualifications are Weight Management Specialist and Smoking Cessation Specialist. My therapeutic approach uses a mixture of Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Solution-Focussed Hypnotherapy,  Behavioural Hypnotherapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). I am able to help with a wide range of debilitating challenges with compassion and understanding.

I also have a Certificate of Achievement Counselling at QLS Level 3 and am currently studying one-to-one integral sound healing.

I'm based in Marple, Stockport in the North West of England.

I will conduct sessions in person or online (via zoom).

I am very happy to hold a free consultation call to discuss your needs and to see how and if I can help.

If you are suffering from any of these, I could help you:

  • Anxiety
  • General Stress
  • Work related stress
  • Exam/job interview stress
  • Confidence issues
  • Self esteem issues
  • Fears and phobias
  • Sleeping difficulties

Please note, this is not an exhaustive list - please contact me to discuss your personal needs.

I also find that talking is very useful - having a professional actively listen to you and HEAR you, in a non-judgemental, empathetic and neutral way can be very powerful. I've found over the year, that my clients often simply want someone to listen to them. I am able to do this using my counselling skills, to help you work through your own thoughts and reach your own conclusions.

Another passion of mine is sound and the power of how the vibrations and frequencies can help bring harmony and balance to the mind, body, soul and spirit. I'm currently studying a practitioner diploma in one-to-one integral sound healing at the prestigious Sound Healing Academy  (academyofsoundhealing.com). I'm really excited about adding this powerful, and ancient modality to my practice offering.

Helping people overcome their problems/issues/fears and anxieties is incredibly rewarding. Hypnotherapy can be quick, needing only a few sessions sometimes to rebalance and feel more positive, calm and in control. So, please do get in touch.
