About me
I believe life is a journey and if you don’t have or never have had any guidance on how to overcome obstacles, your mind can do some silly things to adapt. Once you have an understanding of why you are doing the things you struggle with and why your mind is trying to give you signals with symptoms, such as anxiety, then it becomes much easier to change a behaviour or habit. That’s what is fascinating about the mind. We have very little control or access of it in a conscious state. Diving into the subconscious, things are much clearer and we are able to get to the root cause of an issue. During your time with me, we will get to the root cause of your issue, understand mind management, and create lasting changes using hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP, and CBT
We live in such an unconscious state of mind and we are not aware of our thoughts and how these thoughts create physical reactions in our body which trigger us to act or react. Once you truly understand your self, You then bring awareness and consciousness of your current situation aswell as how your past events has affected you. Once you start to make connections and feel a sense of connection within your self again, and truly understand how your mind, brain and body work, you will be able to change your life for the better, feeling free and empowered.
