About us
At Inspired to Change, I work with people who are experiencing an emotional or physical issue holding them back or struggling to cope with life’s challenges and adapting to change. They have often tried other approaches to move forward but ultimately still feel unhappy or stuck. People just like you.
Regardless of what brings people to see us they all have one thing in common:
They are motivated to get better, cope better or be better

And that is what I am passionate about and skilled at helping people to do!
In addition to the many different issues that, the solution focused approach is effective at helping my personal passion is helping people with Chronic Pain, Stress, Anxiety, Men’s Mental Health, Trauma, Anger Management and Business Success.
I help my client get control back in their lives, letting them live the fulfilling and purposeful lives they chose.
Growing up in a huge family from a very poor part of south London, where you had to fight to achieve anything, I’ve seen and experienced many things in life. From that start, I joined the RAF and, after that, worked in many industries until I took the option of running my own business. Over the last 25 yrs, I have had experience running and losing several businesses. I trained to become a solution focused Hypnotherapist in 2011, and since then, I have trained in neuroscience and become a Lecturer and supervisor and a Mental Health first aider.
Bringing my life experience and working with hundreds of clients continues to give me the passion and commitment to support people I work with to achieve their goals of being the best of themselves, whether that’s reducing their stress or enabling them to move forward in their lives, leaving past trauma or current behaviour issues behind them.

The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) was set up to provide information about a modern form of Hypnotherapy and its associated benefits to members of the public. The main aim of the AfSFH is to spread awareness of the benefits of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Its secondary aim is to support Hypnotherapists in their businesses by encouraging good practice and self-care.

I offer a FREE Initial Consultation to help me better understand how I can help you. Hypnotherapy sessions after that can be paid for as you go at £90 a session, or most of my clients opt for the savings that come with purchasing a package of 6 sessions for £450.
