Fiona Gray Clinical Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist
I am a qualified and experienced Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist, with a busy practice in Chorlton, Manchester. I graduated from the prestigious Clifton Practice in 2016 and completed the HDP the following year. I am currently in the third and final year of the MA Clinical Counselling at The University of Chester.
I host a Podcast called Weight Loss Wonders utilizing eating psychology and visualisation to help people develop the right mindset for successful weight loss on any diet or weight loss plan.
Emotional eating is when you use food to cope with strong and often painful emotions such as grief, loneliness, regret, shame and guilt. Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy can help you remove your emotional barriers and transform your relationship by looking forward to the life you want and deserve.
Hypnotherapy is a fast and effective way to eliminate the fear, stress and anxiety that is often the basis for most addictions including Binge Eating, Binge Drinking, Gambling etc.
No matter how difficult your situation may seem, I believe change is possible and it can be quicker than you think. There is nothing mysterious about what I do. Hypnosis is a safe, effective tool for change. I believe everyone has the capacity and internal resources to grow and change their lives.
