Hypnotherapist HPD, CNHC & Clinical Counsellor MA, MBACP

About me

From surviving to thriving, it is never too late to live the life you really want!

I am a Manchester-based Hypnotherapist and Counsellor and I use a range of interactive techniques including Counselling, Hypnotherapy, NLP and Life Skills Coaching to help you achieve your Career, Relationship, Physical and Mental Health goals.

Obesity Health & Weight Loss Coach

Be Kind to Self, is a new approach to Obesity Health and Weight loss that promotes self-care, self-compassion and positive body image.  Many people think when they lose weight they will feel better about themselves. I have discovered the reverse is true, when people feel good about themselves it is easier for them to lose weight and keep it off.

I help people to improve their health and well-being by reducing weight naturally and permanently.   Reconnect with your inner resources of resilience, confidence, self-worth, self-esteem, and personal power and break free from yoyo diets for good.

My Work

I offer a personalised, caring, confidential, non-judgement, compassionate service to people from a wide range of backgrounds. I work with anyone that wants and is ready to experience real change in their life.

In addition to weight loss, I also offer Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Life Skills Coaching for:

Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Relationships difficulties, Confidence and Self-esteem, Disordered Eating, Weight and Alcohol Reduction, Sleep problems, Phobias, Improved Self-awareness, Self-Development and more.

Qualifications

I am an Advanced Hypnotherapist registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).  I also have an MA in Clinical Counselling from the University of Chester and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).

I am registered on the government's DBS update service and hold full public liability insurance with Holistic Insurance Services.
