About me

My name is Emma and I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist working from a relaxing, confidential therapy room in Lytham St Annes Lancashire.

I work with a variety of people who are struggling with a range of issues. I understand the issues people face and I provide a professional, relaxing environment in which to discuss your worries.

I am passionate about helping you to make the positive changes needed to live the life you want to live.

I have worked with people suffering from issues such as stress and anxiety, weight gain, low self-confidence, fears and phobias and people with addictions including those who want to stop smoking.

Hypnotherapy is a very effective way of bringing about positive change by accessing the subconscious mind in order to make the changes you want. You will be aware and in control throughout the relaxing experience.

If you have any questions about how I work or how hypnotherapy can help you, please feel free to get in touch. It's important that you feel happy and comfortable with your therapist before proceeding.

I also provide email support and a sound recording to boost your treatment between sessions.

I offer flexible appointment time to fit around your availability and needs, working both evenings and weekends. I also offer some sessions via skype or Zoom online.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, holding the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) and I am also a Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic programming (PNLP)

I am registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and I am fully insured.

I have a BA (Honours) Degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Special Educational Needs and Inclusion.

I have a ten year background working in early years education and with children who have additional needs and their families. I feel this experience has given me a deeper understanding of the difficult issues which people can face.
