About me

Understanding and interested. I really believe in the importance or understanding your perspective and helping you to make the changes you want. No two people are the same and neither are any two of my treatment plans. I offer free consultations to explore the problem and issue thoroughly and will only take on clients who I believe I can help. I am really honest about what I can and can't work with.

Working from my home therapy room in Sedgley, I provide help and support to people with a range of issues ranging from anxiety to dealing with chronic illness.

I have years of experience in working with children in a variety of different roles and enjoy using creative hypnotherapy to engage them and tackle deep rooted issues in an enjoyable way.

I am a supportive therapist who is supportive of a diverse range of clients and lifestyles. Inclusiveness and the ability to be completely open and honest in the therapy room is paramount to making real progress. Non-judgemental and supportive I endeavor to make you feel comfortable and valued.

I have a background in education and psychology and have a deep understanding of how the brain works and how we can make changes to our thinking to adapt our behaviour and change our patterns.

This additional training is critical in me helping clients to reprogram their thoughts and behaviours and to reach those goals they are striving for.
