About me
Hello and welcome to my page.
Do you ever feel like life is out of balance?
Perhaps you’re constantly prioritising others, struggling to find time for yourself, or feeling overwhelmed by the demands of work, family, or personal challenges. You might be navigating a difficult stage in life, dealing with stress, anxiety, or low confidence, or even facing specific fears or phobias that are holding you back.
I can help you regain balance, build resilience, and rediscover your inner confidence. Whether you’re seeking relief from anxiety, a boost in self-esteem, or a way to overcome negative patterns, I provide a safe, supportive space to explore solutions and create lasting change.
I also have a special interest in supporting women through significant life transitions, such as fertility challenges, pregnancy, birth trauma and menopause. These experiences can bring unique emotional and physical challenges, and I’m passionate about helping women feel empowered, confident, and in control at every stage.
Using hypnotherapy, we can work together to release limiting beliefs, ease emotional burdens, and develop practical strategies to move forward. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, feel more in control, and embrace the future with clarity and confidence.
Whatever you're facing, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Let’s work together to create meaningful change and help you live the life you truly deserve.

Additional information
I offer a free 30-minute consultation to talk about how you're feeling and explore how I can support you. This is a good opportunity to understand how I work and to decide on the best therapeutic approach for your needs.
My popular 4-session programme is £320 and includes four 1.5-hour sessions. These sessions provide ample time to explore your challenges, use a variety of techniques to work through them, and reinforce the positive changes you’re ready to embrace.
With a range of therapies available, there’s no need to decide in advance which approach is right for you. Together, we’ll assess your needs and create a tailored plan to help you achieve your goals.
