About me

I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherpist and Councellor with over 13 years of experience, offering a compassionate and supportive approach to help clients overcome personal challenges.  My qualifications include expertise in Hypnotherapy, Hypnoanalysis, Integrated Parts Therapy, Regression to Cause, Councelling in Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Life Coaching and Psychosexual Councelling.

My practice focuses on working with individuals of all ages, though I predominantly assist adults and late teens.  I have a particular interest in addressing issues relating to stress, depression, trauma and relationship difficulties. Through a tailored approach, I can guide clients to break negative patterns and empower them with new coping mechanisms which fosters positive thoughts and decisions.

I offer therapy sessions via Zoom, as well as in-person at my private practice in Somerset.  Whether online or face-to-face, I am passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful transformations in their lives.

In my personal life, I am married, have two children and share my home with two lovely dogs, along with being an avid yogi.

I specialise in:

  • Stress
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Bullying (work, school, relationships)
  • Lack of confidence - imposter syndrome
  • Fears and phobias
  • Psychosexual disorders
  • Exam stress
  • Bereavement
  • Relationship issues

My work with you is totally confidential. My wide range of training is there to help you achieve the best possible outcome for you. Thus enabling you to move forward in life, free from anxiety and fear. Giving you total confidence in who you are as a person.

Hypnotherapy focuses on healing and promoting well-being and is very effective in many different areas and symptoms. Give me a call and let's discuss whatever is troubling you to see how I can best help you overcome them in a safe and non judgemental environment.

I look forward to speaking to you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained at the Royal Berkshire College of Clinical Hypnotherapy in 2011.

I am a member of the following governing bodies: Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP) and the National Healthcare Council (CNHC) and I adhere to their professional code of ethics.

I have also been very lucky to train under Linda Hudson, who specialises in Hypnotherapy with Children. I can help with overcoming anxiety, separation anxiety, phobias, behavioural problems, concentration, exam nerves, performance nerves, being bullied.

I regularly attend courses and conferences within the field to keep up to date with new techniques and thought processes to always offer my clients a new way of looking at the world and moving forward in a positive way.
