About me

As we emerge from Covid we find ourselves hit again by more troubling news from home and abroad.  We are faced with more challenges, both personally and on a National level.  Anxiety is rising in those that didn't suffer before and there are increasing enquiries from people who find themselves not being able to cope.  Your mental health is very much being looked after and I will continue to help and support all my clients with any issues that they need to address,  all my therapy sessions are via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or WhatsAPP.

I specialise in:

  • Stress
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Bullying (work, school, relationships)
  • Lack of confidence - imposter syndrome
  • Fears and phobias
  • Psychosexual disorders
  • Exam stress
  • Bereavement
  • Relationship issues

I use various tools including Hypnotherapy, Hypnoanalysis, Integrated Parts Therapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Life Coaching and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), Counselling in Hypnotherapy.

My work with you is totally confidential. My wide range of training is there to help you achieve the best possible outcome for you. Thus enabling you to move forward in life, free from anxiety and fear. Giving you total confidence in who you are as a person.

Hypnotherapy can be very effective in many different areas and for many different symptoms. Give me a call and let's discuss whatever is troubling you - no matter how trivial or serious it may seem to you, let's discuss how I can best help you overcome them in a safe and non judgemental environment.

I look forward to speaking to you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained at the Royal Berkshire College of Clinical Hypnotherapy in 2011.

I am a member of the following governing bodies: Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP) and the National Healthcare Council (CNHC) and I adhere to their professional code of ethics.

I have also been very lucky to train under Linda Hudson, who specialises in Hypnotherapy with Children. I can help with overcoming anxiety, separation anxiety, phobias, behavioural problems, concentration, exam nerves, performance nerves, being bullied.

I regularly attend courses and conferences within the field to keep up to date with new techniques and thought processes to always offer my clients a new way of looking at the world and moving forward in a positive way.

The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy is a member organisation of UKCHO (an umbrella body for the hypnotherapy profession in the United Kingdom).
