About me
I am adapting to keep everyone safe in these unprecedented times, transferring all my therapy sessions to either Zoom, Skype or FaceTime.
If you are experiencing new levels of stress and concern as a result of what's happening right now, please be assured that online hypnotherapy is highly successful and is an effective form of support and treatment.
Your mental health is very much being looked after and I will continue to help and support all my clients with any issues that they need to address.
I am a Fully Qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist.
I have been a Hypnotherapist since 2011. Prior to this I had spent many years in the Financial Services Industry working within the Banking sector, as well as running a successful business in the Beauty Industry.
My work with you is totally confidential. My wide range of training is there to help you achieve the best possible outcome for you. Thus enabling you to move forward in life, free from anxiety and fear. Giving you total confidence in who you are as a person.
Hypnotherapy can be very effective in many different areas and for many different symptoms. Give me a call and let's discuss whatever is troubling you - no matter how trivial or serious it may seem to you! There is never any commitment for further sessions, but this allows you to decide if I am the right therapist for you?
Any issues you may be suffering from, please give me a call or email me to discuss how I can best help you overcome them in a safe and non judgemental environment.
I look forward to speaking to you.

I regularly attend courses and conferences within the field to keep up to date with new techniques and thought processes to always offer my clients a new way of looking at the world and moving forward in a positive way.
