About me
I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Counsellor with over 13 years of experience, offering a compassionate and supportive approach to help clients overcome personal challenges. My qualifications include expertise in Hypnotherapy, Hypnoanalysis, Integrated Parts Therapy, Regression to Cause, Counselling in Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Life Coaching and Psychosexual Counselling.
My practice focuses on working with individuals of all ages, though I predominantly assist adults and late teens. I have a particular interest in addressing issues relating to stress, depression, trauma and relationship difficulties. Through a tailored approach, I can guide clients to break negative patterns and empower them with new coping mechanisms which fosters positive thoughts and decisions.
I offer therapy sessions via Zoom, as well as in-person at my private practice in Somerset. Whether online or face-to-face, I am passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful transformations in their lives.
In my personal life, I am married, have two children and share my home with two lovely dogs, along with being an avid yogi.

I trained at the Royal Berkshire College of Clinical Hypnotherapy in 2011.
I am a member of the following governing bodies: Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (MAPHP) and the National Healthcare Council (CNHC) and I adhere to their professional code of ethics.

Member organisations
Each member of APHP has received thorough training in hypnosis and hypnotherapy, is competent and conscientious, and abides strictly by a code of ethics. There are four grades of membership: Licentiate (LAPHP), Registered Member (MAPHP), Accredited Member (MAPHP(acc.)) and Fellow (FAPHP), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy is a member organisation of UKCHO (an umbrella body for the hypnotherapy profession in the United Kingdom).
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Free initial telephone session
Additional information
I offer a free initial telephone call to discuss what is troubling you and to see if I can help. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions about hypnotherapy and to find out if this is the right therapy for you.
£140 for up to an hour and half consultation
£80 per hour therapy sessions.
Stopping Smoking is £275. This is a one off two hour session, which has a high success rate.
