About me

I offer a complimentary 20-minute call to discuss your needs and for you to ask any questions about how I work. Call me on 07989 535527 or send me an email.

Hypnotherapy helps my clients “rewrite” the story they tell themselves by accessing and reframing the workings of their subconscious mind. This type of therapy is designed to lead people to forge a fresh future, less cluttered by negative thoughts and old learnings that are no longer working for them. Through the techniques used in Hypnotherapy and other complementary therapies, I help clients make the best of themselves, and push the refresh button on their thinking so they can experience a life of greater peace, health, and well-being, free from their self-imposed limitations.

I specialise in treating clients with anxiety and low mood but the causes of that can range from phobias, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship breakdown, pre and post natal care/hypnobirthing, and work issues that arise with living with OCD, ADHD/ADD, bereavement, and ill-health.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained with The Quest Institute and qualified with a Diploma in Cognitive Hypnotherapy. This included various other therapies, including NLP and Timeline Therapy and coaching. I am now also a Quest Master Practitioner.

I work with clients in the UK and abroad, remotely and face-to-face from my beautiful therapy room in Naphill, Buckinghamshire HP14.

I am an Advanced Reiki Practitioner and many clients find additional support and relief when these therapies are combined.

I am a member of QCHPA and the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH). I have a supervisor and commit to regular CPD training to ensure I am refreshing and updating my knowledge and skills. I have recently (December 2023) completed a course in hypnobirthing aimed specifically at supporting pre and post-natal clients and their families which is a specialism I am particularly passionate about.

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

I also help clients with relationship issues and those needing support when facing big decisions in life. I have also been very successful in helping clients living with OCD and ADHD.

Having experienced my own birth trauma, I am often called upon to help mothers with pre and post-maternity issues including trauma, pain and overwhelm.

Many of my clients have found crucial support with bereavement issues, both recent and from the past.
