About me
As a mindset & menopause coach and hypnotherapist, I am on a mission to help women to empower themselves by stepping outside their comfort zone, find their true self’s and identity, and to ditch playing the supporting role in life, and instead stand tall as the leading lady in your own life by rewriting your story.
I also guide women to step out from the shadows and to stop suffering in silence with menopause; and instead realise the power to embrace a new season of their lives to thrive, feel alive & start a rebirth of a whole new you.
As well as using Hypnotherapy, I also use other modalities that complement the treatment plans (client dependant)

I love working with the science of mind, and as well as integrating the art & skill of spiritual techniques. Working at the highest level of the Higher Self to solve karmic issues, working with the unconscious mind to alleviate repeating life patterns, release unconscious trauma, identify, and remove unconscious beliefs that keep clients bound to a life they do not want, along with reprogramming the mind from unhealthy thought processes, self-sabotage, procrastination, and fear.

I help clients understand the power of their thoughts and mindset, and how this create our reality and our life whether it is wanted or not. When the quality of our life Is not what we want, then this is the time to examine our thoughts, beliefs, and feelings and if they are aligned to maximise empowerment, eliminate mental and emotional barriers that keep you from achieving life or business goals.

I am a fully qualified HPD (NCH) and insured hypnotherapist and Neuro-linguistic practitioner and am registered and have professional membership with the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and am a member and the Angelo European College of Therapeutic Hypnosis.
Member organisations
The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members.
There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.

I offer a mix of coaching and hypnotherapy sessions. I bespoke my sessions depending on the clients needs, treatment plan and what is suitable for each individual. Therefore your investment in yourself will be discussed with you once we identify a suitable course of action/treatment.
I generally do not offer "one off" sessions as this is not effective and does not support permanent change, it can be equated to going to the gym once and expecting a six pack overnight.
My sessions generally range from 3/4 sessions to 3 months depending on the interventions support required.
