About me
I support those of us who are experiencing anxiety, low confidence, and emotional overwhelm during life changes, such as the menopause or the years leading up to it. This stage of life can bring unexpected changes in mood, self-belief, and resilience, often leaving individuals feeling unlike themselves and unsure how to cope.
Maybe you have children who are fleeing the nest or you have the pressures with caring for someone close to you? You could also feel it's a sign of weakness asking for help and you've been brought up to 'pull yourself together'?
But it's very normal not to feel ok.
Using Cognitive Hypnotherapy, I help clients calm anxiety, quiet the inner critic, and rebuild confidence at a subconscious level — particularly when hormonal changes increase worry, self-doubt, or overthinking. Importantly, my work focuses on creating long-lasting change rather than short-term coping strategies.
Many clients come to me feeling less confident than they once were, struggling to speak up, manage pressure, or trust their own judgement at work and in daily life. We work together to bring you back to your calm, confident self, allowing you to be the person you've always wanted to be.
My Special Interests
• Anxiety and emotional distress linked to menopause
• Loss of confidence and self-belief during midlife
• Overthinking, worry, and heightened stress
• Fear of speaking up or being judged
• Rebuilding resilience and emotional stability
Approach
My approach combines evidence-based Cognitive Hypnotherapy with belief change techniques to help clients feel grounded, empowered, and back in control — even during periods of significant physical and emotional change.
It's over to you

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
info Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
Giving presentations can be stressful for most people. Often because we feel judged by those around us or we don't feel good enough to do the job we do. Imposter syndrome is a term used to describe these feelings.
Sometimes, we don't feel we are good enough and this can cause symptoms of anxiety, which only make our confidence worse.
I continue to help ordinary people lead extraordinary lives by addressing your worst critic - the one inside your head.
