About me
Are anxiety and self-doubt silently running your life?
You’re not alone—and you don’t have to stay stuck.
I’m Steve McCabe, a Cognitive Hypnotherapist specialising in helping everyday people break free from anxiety, fear and overthinking. Whether it’s the pressure to perform at work, social anxiety in group settings, or that constant inner critic holding you back, I help you find calm clarity beneath the chaos.
Using modern, evidence-based techniques, we work together to uncover and reframe the patterns keeping you stuck. My approach is tailored to you—not just your symptoms—because no two minds are the same.
Clients often come to me after trying other approaches that didn’t last. Through our work, they rediscover confidence, emotional freedom, and a renewed belief in themselves.

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
info Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
Giving presentations can be stressful for most people. Often because we feel judged by those around us or we don't feel good enough to do the job we do. Imposter syndrome is a term used to describe these feelings.
Sometimes, we don't feel we are good enough and this can cause symptoms of anxiety, which only make our confidence worse.
I continue to help ordinary people lead extraordinary lives by addressing your worst critic - the one inside your head.
