Steve McCabe - Specialist in helping with Imposter Syndrome/ low self-confidence
Do you find it difficult to celebrate successes in life – in your career, your qualifications?
Do you find yourself needing to ‘take just one more course’ before you’ll feel good enough to do something you’d like to – like apply for a new role, begin a new hobby or begin dating?
You’re in good company because many of the people I work with experience similar feelings. But you don’t have to allow these unwanted feelings hold you back in life.
I’m passionate about seeing justice in the world and I love to help ordinary people to lead extraordinary lives. That’s important to me because I see so many individuals fail to let the world see their talent, how you in turn, can help in so many ways, make the world a better place.
There’s a saying that self-doubt kills more careers or relationships than failure ever will. Don't let self-doubt stop you in any way.
Contact me for a no-cost, initial 30 minute phone call to explore how we can work together to get you to the happy, fulfilled person you deserve to be.

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
Giving presentations can be stressful for most people. Often because we feel judged by those around us or we don't feel good enough to do the job we do. Imposter Syndrome is a term used to describe these feelings.
Sometimes, we don't feel we are loved and this can cause different symptoms such as anxiety, panic and depression, maybe because relationships are suffering.
I have had recent successes with helping clients who suffer from needle phobias but any phobia can be treated.
