Steve McCabe - Specialist in Anxiety & Phobias
About me
"Our wounds are often the openings into the best & beautiful parts of us"
I like to get into the business of not so much doing something for you, but rather in being something for you: a guide to help you achieve fulfilment in your life.
I now help my clients ONLINE using Zoom videoconference, a simple, convenient way to connect that clients enjoy because of less travelling time and greater flexibility.
I dislike unfairness. So any time you spend worrying about things going on in your life, whether at work or at home, holds you back and keeps you awake at night.
Sound familiar? This is the unfairness I refer to and no-one deserves to have to live their life like this.
This unfairness is what drives me to help clients. Sometimes this is because you don't feel 'good enough' or even loved.
Contact me for a no-cost, initial 30 minute phone call to explore how we can work together to get you to the happy, fulfilled person you deserve to be.

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
Giving presentations can be stressful for most people. Often because we feel judged by those around us or we don't feel good enough to do the job we do. Imposter Syndrome is a term used to describe these feelings.
Sometimes, we don't feel we are loved and this can cause different symptoms such as anxiety, panic and depression, maybe because relationships are suffering.
I have had recent successes with helping clients who suffer from needle phobias but any phobia can be treated.
