About me

Hi, I'm Sam.

I'm a certified and experienced Hypnotherapist and Life Coach.

What do I do?

Essentially I help people reach their peak emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual potential. I believe we are all born with the innate courage, strength, resilience, and wisdom to overcome any challenge life presents us with. Unfortunately along the journey of life, a lot of us get disconnected from this ability. The good news - it's completely re-attainable and I will help you reconnect with that inborn capability.

I'm passionate about helping people with all sorts of problems but I'm seriously passionate about helping people overcome out-of-control drinking, and prescription or illicit drug use. This is something I have overcome myself and so I have vast personal experience of the issue and of course, professional expertise.

I don't only help people with drink and drug issues though. If you have a fear of public speaking, I can help. If you have a spider phobia, I can help. If you suffer with depression that won't go away, I can help. If you suffer with anxiety or panic attacks, I can help. You name it, I can help you overcome it. My knowledge and skills are vast, and hypnotherapy is a unique and powerful tool that can help you overcome all sorts of issues.

If you're struggling in any way, contact me today and let's get you on the road to freedom!

The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.

In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.

A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

GHR
The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.

All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
