About me

Do you need help with weight control, anxiety/stress management, confidence improvement, performance improvement (ie, for competitive sports, public speaking, etc), exam nerves, stopping smoking, phobias, unwanted habits, or  pain control/IBS?  I offer clinical hypnotherapy appointments for all of these areas, as well as virtual gastric band hypnotherapy.  I also have experience in working with children for anxiety and sleep problems.

I use an eclectic approach employing a variety of therapeutic techniques, along with hypnosis, to tailor hypnotherapy to the individual client's needs.

Appointments available online and in person at the Embody Clinic, Glasgow G5 0YD.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have completed a certificate in Personal and Professional Development in Clinical Hypnosis and a Post-graduate Certificate in Clinical Hypnotherapy at the Harvest Clinic, Glasgow (accredited by the University of West London), as well as a certificate in cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy. I have also completed courses in pain management, relationships, virtual gastric band hypnotherapy and hypnotherapy for trauma.
