About me

I utilise a blend of contemporary and evidence-based therapies, tailoring each approach to support my clients in their journey towards recovery and life improvements. Whether you prefer online sessions or face-to-face meetings at my practice in Faversham, I'm dedicated to helping you make the positive changes you desire.

As an accredited Solution Focused Hypnotherapist with the Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH), my expertise is rooted in my passion for facilitating growth and healing.

My specialisation encompasses supporting clients who've faced PTSD, as well as those who've endured complex experiences during their childhood or adulthood. A significant number of clients I work with are grappling with anxiety, depression, or both, often impacting their self-esteem and confidence.

Over the years, I've gained extensive experience assisting clients through bereavement, trauma, relationship challenges, eating disorders, addiction issues, and obsessive behaviours. If any of these resonate with you or if you simply wish to discuss what's on your mind, I'm just an email, phone call, or video call away.
