About me
As soon as we connect I'll ask you some questions so that I can have a clear understanding of what you'd like to achieve.
Then I'll explain exactly what I do, how it works, and why it works so quickly to get you the outcome you are seeking.
And then, only if I'm confident that I can help you out, I'll explain exactly how you can get started.

I offer affordable, professional, solution-focused therapy using hypnosis. I offer treatments for:
- Anxiety
- Covering anything from constant, vague unease, to highly specific fears like motorway driving, public performance, or phobias
- Emotional eating
- This is often compulsive, out-of-control thinking and behaviour around food and body weight, frequently followed by rigid control
- Habit loops
- Hidden in plain sight, habit loops cause many problems. An unhelpful habit is anything you continue to do despite unwanted consequences
- Problematic pain; FND
- E.g. fibromyalgia; pain with intimacy; physical and emotional causes; Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS); Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) NB I am a healthcare professional and able to work with your doctors/ physios
- Something else?
Let me know. I can likely help because of experience. However no clinician specialises in everything and I will refer out for situations or diagnoses I do not work with

info Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
