About me
Hi I'm Nicola. As a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, I am passionate about empowering people to overcome challenges, build confidence and achieve positive and lasting change.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a modern approach that combines solution focused psychotherapy with hypnotherapy. It's underpinned by neuroscience and focuses on the solution rather than the problem. It aims to promote positive change by helping people envision their preferred future and develop practical steps to achieve it. Clients can start to see significant positive change in their lives in a relatively short period of time.
With over 30 years of dedicated service to the NHS, I bring a wealth of experience to my role as a clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist. I'm also a child mentor to support young people and children who are struggling with their mental health.
I offer both 1:1 sessions or online sessions from the comfort of your phone. I work with both adults and children and I am enhanced DBS checked.

Training, qualifications & experience
I trained at Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training Liverpool where I achieved my Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH), and my Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD). I am a registered member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) and the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH)
Member organisations
The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members.
There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.

General sessions are £70 per session. Most people start to feel the benefits of therapy within a relatively short period of time.
Phobias can be treated in 4 sessions.
Stop smoking/vaping is treated in one session at a cost of £250
