About me

 Hello, my name is Natalie.

I support neurodivergent children, teenagers, and adults to feel safer, calmer, and more confident in themselves. Using nervous system regulation tools alongside practical, tailored support, I help clients navigate everyday challenges, social situations, workplace dynamics, and uncertainty  while building confidence, resilience, and self-worth.

 A little about me:
I was diagnosed with Dyslexia at the age of 16, after struggling through much of my schooling before finally being taught the tools and strategies that helped me thrive in further education. Living with Dyslexia has given me a deep understanding of the challenges that many neurodivergent people face, and it has inspired my passion for supporting the Dyslexic and wider neurodiverse community to build self-esteem, confidence, and resilience.

Alongside working with clients on a one-to-one basis, I regularly deliver mental health and neurodiversity presentations for charities, private and state schools, and corporate organisations. I also contribute blogs and talks for neurodiverse support communities and have worked locally with the Helen Arkell Dyslexia Charity to help raise awareness and funds for the Dyslexic community.

In November 2023, I delivered a presentation focused on low self-esteem, confidence, and practising mindfulness, which is available to view here:

Maybe you feel you have lost your way…

Perhaps work life has gotten too much and you feel like you are spinning plates.

Anxiety is getting the better of you and holding you back from achieving your potential.

Your self-esteem is at an all-time low.  You have always had low confidence linked with Dyslexia.

We can work together to achieve the best possible outcome for you.

I don’t have control over you, everything we do is self-orchestrated, I use your words and ambitions to direct you back onto their path of positive outcomes.

I offer an initial 20 minute phone consultation where you can tell me more about what is going on in your life and for us to see if hypnotherapy is the best way forward.
