My sessions are designed to be flexible and tailored to your specific needs. My hourly rate is £165, with the freedom to interchange RTT therapy sessions (typically 2 hours each) or RTC coaching sessions (1 hour each) as needed. This approach ensures you get the most value from your time, addressing key challenges and helping you make tangible shifts in your mindset and well-being.
