Meera came into my life just at the right time when I needed to talk to someone about few problems I had, after seeing her the first time I was so relaxed and had most amazing sleep that night after a long time. After several sessions, I managed to see everything differently and that triggered a lot of positivity in my life. I started a few courses and I am heading towards a more productive life. Thank you, Meera for showing me the way!!!

I highly recommend anyone who needs help in moving forward with any problems they may have to book an appointment and see Meera. It's like god sent Meera to me when I really needed to talk to someone about few problems. With my first session that night I slept so well. I started thinking more positively and realised that there is a solution to every problem and the more you think about your problem the worse it gets because you end up creating so many stories in your mind.I realised I do not need to please everyone, I gained a lot of confidence and started on my next venture and completed a course related to my new business idea.
I went to see Meera a few weeks ago as I had an important interview coming up and was concerned that nerves and anxiety would get in the way of me being able to perform at my best. I arrived at the session feeling a bit unsure of what to expect but Meera immediately made me feel comfortable with her warm manner and welcoming smile. The environment was calm and relaxing which meant the focus could be on the treatment and getting the most out of the consultation. The first part was designed to get to the route of the issue and Meera very quickly captured the essence of what was needed to help me overcome my concerns. We then moved to the hypnotherapy section which was very soothing and conducted in a very professional experienced way. I would recommend Meera to anyone seeking this kind of therapy as she was wonderful and I got the job !!.

Thank you for all you have done for me you have helped me so much , I originally came to you to stop smoking and during my induction with you it was noticed by yourself there was a problem underlying , you advised me this was to be addressed before we worked on the smoking issue , I agreed and since our session to combat this I have overcome this problem . We moved to the original smoking issue and you have once again succeeded in addressing my issue. You are a genuinely sincere person I am amazed at how much you have changed my life thank you so much.

A Little About Me
My name is Meera Mehat and I'm a behavioural change and emotional well-being specialist with 30 years experience in change work. I have had the privilege to train with the best in their fields both John Grinder and Dr Richard Bandler - the creators of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and more recently with Paul Mckenna a forerunner in the field of hypnosis and now hypnotherapy.
My journey has seen me change the lives of many people with great success and to date, I have had major successes with addiction therapy including food addictions and cravings as well as smoking. Clients have reported excellent, restful sleep after a session with me.
Clients have also reported significant changes in well being, loss of anxiety and an increase in self-confidence. They have told me that friends (who do not know they have had therapy sessions) have noticed positive changes in them. Parents have commented on the huge changes that have been made after I have worked with their anxious or depressed teenagers.
As part of my role I have worked with managers and directors of leading companies such as Boeing, Amey Construction, Natural History Museum, Care UK, Warren House Hotel & Conference Centre, Red Carnation Hotel Group, Leon Restaurants, to name a few , to improve their management and leadership skills and deal with the personal issues that this may also bring with it.

Everyone wants to be the best they can be but sometimes our negative inner chatter can get in the way or our emotions get the better of us, preventing us from being able to move forward with our lives, and hampering our relationships and performance.
There are times, the behaviour we don’t want becomes so ingrained that it is impossible to see how to change it. Bad habits form or self-sabotage becomes a way of life. My approach is simple but has proven to be effective. The first step is to listen very carefully to your needs, and through careful questioning gain a true understanding of where you are and where you want to be.
The next part is where the therapy comes in and this is uniquely tailored to your specific needs. No two sessions are ever the same and no two people are ever treated alike, even though they may come to me presenting the same problem. This is because we all have different triggers and needs, and everyone’s experiences are different. I recognise these differences and work with you to bring about the change required.
The third part is what you do yourself. This is where you really need to appreciate that the therapy is not a magic wand that can eradicate things overnight; changing behaviours takes time to override the old patterns, and it is important that you follow the programme designed for you in our sessions.
You are the most important part of your change process and I work with you 100% to get you to where you want to be.
