As a hypnotherapist, Katie works with clients to help them achieve their goals, overcome limiting beliefs, and release negative emotions. She has a keen interest in areas such as anxiety, insomnia stress management, and personal development as well as issues with alcohol. Her approach is tailored to each individual client's needs, and she uses a variety of techniques to help them achieve their desired outcomes.

Katie is known for her warm and compassionate approach, and her ability to create a safe space and supportive environment for her clients. She believes that everyone has the ability to transform their lives, and she is passionate about helping her clients realise their full potential.
