Hi, I'm a professionally qualified Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. I also have an MSc degree in Psychology and a diploma in Gestalt Therapy. I'm here to help you on your path to positive change.
I've had the privilege of helping numerous clients overcome a wide range of challenges, including Insomnia, IBS, Stress, General Anxiety, Depression, Weight Management, as well as OCD, Procrastination, Panic Attacks and Phobias. In Solution-focused Hypnotherapy, we focus on building a brighter future without dwelling on the past – it's all about solutions. I'm here to empower you to move through your issues and embrace a happier, calmer life where you're in control of your emotions, thoughts and behaviours.
Your journey begins with a free initial consultation, giving you the chance to meet me and gain a better understanding of our collaborative work together. During this meeting, we'll explore your aspirations and I'll provide a clear explanation of how my approach can facilitate your transformation.
Our sessions are entirely personalized to your unique needs, and I offer both in-person meetings at the NEW Therapy clinic in Heysham, as well as phone or online sessions via secure platforms such as Zoom, WhatsApp or FaceTime. In special circumstances, I also offer home visits (please contact for an eligibility check).

Member organisations
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) was set up to provide information about a modern form of Hypnotherapy and its associated benefits to members of the public. The main aim of the AfSFH is to spread awareness of the benefits of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Its secondary aim is to support Hypnotherapists in their businesses by encouraging good practice and self-care.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Additional information
The typical session duration is approx 50 min to 1 hour. Smoking secesion sessions are about 90-120 min and are charged at £150.
I offer discounts for clients in exceptional circumstances.
