About me

I’m Angelika, an integrative therapist with a background in psychology, and over 10 years of experience in mental health. I have a degree in Applied Psychology, a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, and a Certificate in Integrative CBT.

My approach blends insights and tools from psychology, Cognitive Behavioural therapy, neuroscience, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and coaching to help you break free from negative cycles, regain control, and make meaningful, lasting changes.

I’m passionate about neuroscience-informed practice and believe in a holistic, mind-body approach to healing. I work with clients facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, low mood, trauma, burnout, chronic pain, menopause, and domestic abuse. I also specialise in supporting those affected by narcissistic patterns and trauma recovery. My goal is to help you not just manage symptoms, but reconnect with who you are beneath the stress and survival strategies.

My approach supports both emotional healing and general wellbeing—helping you feel more grounded, clear, and in control of your life. Many of the people I support feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or unsure how to move forward. I often work with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients, creatives, deep thinkers, and those who’ve spent years trapped in unhelpful cycles and those who can’t stop putting others first. I offer a space that’s steady, open, and free from judgment, where you can be yourself without pressure.

I also have a strong interest in spirituality and the mind-body-soul connection, drawing from polyvagal theory, somatic practices, and transpersonal psychology. I believe healing isn’t just about managing symptoms—it’s about reconnecting with your true self, beyond the layers of stress, self-doubt, and past trauma.

Training, qualifications & experience

I've spent the last 10 years working in healthcare and mental health recovery, supporting people through challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and complex life circumstances. I currently work as both an online therapist and an NHS Mental Health Support Coordinator in GP surgeries, providing one-to-one support. My goal is to offer practical support that helps people build solutions that fit into their lives, provide relief, and help them move forward.
