About me

I'm Adam Feith, an Edinburgh-based clinical hypnotherapist offering online therapy sessions to help clients unlock their potential. My integrative approach fuses Solution Focused Brief Therapy, hypnotic trancework, and brain-based coaching techniques into a flexible, collaborative process.

As an online and phone-based therapist, I aim to empower you to become your best self no matter where you are. I recognise the courage it takes to seek support and believe you have immense potential for growth.

While you may come to me with specific struggles like anxiety, workplace stress, smoking, weight issues or OCD, I make a conscious choice to see you as a whole person. Every time we have a session, I meet not just someone with a problem but someone who wants to change their life.

I do not position myself as an expert on people's problems; that's alien from the Solution Focused method. Rather, I'm an expert in the possibilities of hope and change, regardless of what brings you here. You can view a complete list of concerns I'm authorised to treat here on my profile and website.

My therapeutic approach is to meet you where you are now with compassion, even if we're meeting remotely. I'll listen deeply to understand your needs and values. From there, we'll work together to uncover your inner resources, empower you to overcome obstacles and design an action plan to help you thrive as the best version of yourself.

I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you on this path of change and growth, no matter the physical distance between us. My virtual door is open when you're ready to take the first step.
